General recommendations:
Men: 55–65°C
Women: 50–65°C
We recommend starting at 15 minutes and building up to 30-40 minutes. (Bookings are 50 minutes)

Can I drink water in the sauna?
Yes — staying hydrated before, during, and after your session is important.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Pregnant women should consult their healthcare provider before using any sauna due to heat exposure risks.
What should I bring?
