Yes, we do offer a safe and secure Fully Registered Creche facility where your little ones can play while you focus on your fitness.
The Creche has 3 sessions daily Mon – Fri, you can find out more here. 

Unfortunately, no children under 12 are allowed on the gym floor or in class rooms. We do offer Kid fitness classes.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time with a 30 day notice period, all cancellations must be in writing via email.

Cancellation fees may apply if you joined on a 6 month contract. 

Simply contact our friendly staff, and they will guide you through the cancellation process.

Yes, all contracts allow you to pause your membership for $1 per day up to 4 weeks per year. For an extended or medical period, Chat to our staff for more details. 

Of course! We encourage you to come in for a tour, where our staff will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

We also have a new member offer ‘7 days for $25’ which gives you total access to all our fitness & wellness facilities during staffed hours so you can experience our space before committing. 

We have a user-friendly app that allows you to view class schedules, book sessions, and stay updated with gym news and events you can download via google or app store searching Input Health Hub.
