FAQ’s
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
No. All our aqua classes are held in shallow water where you can comfortably stand. There’s no need to swim or put your head under water if you’re not comfortable with that.
What should I wear?
A comfortable swimsuit or athletic swimwear that allows freedom of movement. Aqua shoes are optional but can provide extra grip and support.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
No, we supply everything you’ll need, including water weights, noodles, and flotation devices when required. Just bring a towel and water bottle.
Are the classes suitable if I have an injury or chronic condition?
In most cases, yes. The low-impact nature of aqua training makes it ideal for those managing joint pain, arthritis, or recovering from injury. But we recommend checking with your doctor and your coach first, and letting the instructor know so they can suggest modifications.
